The challenge
The event was planned on land besides a factory site with no amenities around and an uneven terrain

Aim to plan an event with best comfort and in time allocated. 100 hours of planning where every inch of the venue was planned in detail.
We delivered a German hanger for coverings, wooden platform for uneven terrain and 1 AC for every 10 guests to beat the heat.
The stage was planned perfectly for the bhoomi poojan and founder’s speech. The light and sound services gave life to the venue
